A technician arrives, spends a few minutes near the equipment room, pours in some chemicals, quickly checks the water, and leaves. The entire visit takes less time than making a cup of coffee — and afterward, you have no idea what was actually done.
Was the chlorine level safe?
Did the technician test the water properly?
Were any problems noticed with the equipment?
Is the pool balanced and safe for children?
Most pool companies never answer these questions. Pool owners are simply expected to trust that everything is “fine” because the water looks crystal clear.
