We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with routine work, notices small changes others miss, and naturally thinks in terms of root causes rather than surface-level issues.
This role is a good fit if you:
• Like working through a clear process with consistent standards
• Noticing details such as changes in the waterline or unusual equipment behavior, acting proactively and reporting issues instead of ignoring them.
• Can work independently, manage a route between sites, and stay organised throughout the day
• Prefer practical, hands-on work over sitting in an office
This role may not be the right fit if you strongly dislike repetitive work, working outdoors in summer conditions, or following structured routines..
• Your own car and a valid driving licence (category B minimum)
• No experience required (reliability and attitude matter more)
• No restrictions on handling pool chemicals.
• English sufficient to follow checklists and submit basic reports
• Full training provided
• A clear daily route with online task tracking and reporting.
• Working schedule: 07:00–15:00, Monday to Friday
• Fuel expenses are compensated
• A real opportunity to develop into a pool technician role, learning diagnostics, hydraulics, equipment systems, and automation over time.
